I went to get a mystic tan yesterday (spray artifical tan) and I noticed on the walls were posters saying that vitamin D helps prevent cancer and tanning in a salon helps promote vitamin D. I also saw a poster of a doctor who was quoted that it is ';sensible'; to tan in a salon if you are going to tan. I'm not judging, it is just scary how they use word plays to fool people. What do you think? Why do tanning salons now say tan to prevent cancer?
They say it for a simple reason: they're trying to sell their services. Tanning is risky, whether you do it outside or in a lighted box, but the drive for profit overruns their sense of right and wrong. Why do tanning salons now say tan to prevent cancer?
you cant prevent skin cancer through vitamin d, its bs and fake tanning is like a freakin pathway to skin cancer. dont do it. just buy the creams, theyre safer
